First Majestic Silver (TSE:FR) announced today that they have closed the financing they announced on Feb. 19.  CIBC World Markets, Blackmont Capital, GMP Securities, and Thomas Weisel Partners have invested over $21 million Canadian. 

The company said that the majority of the proceeds will be used for mill construction and mine improvements at the Company’s La Encantada Silver Mine.
