Kootenay step out holes include 6m at 603g/t silver eq

Kootenay Gold (CVE:KTN) reported today on 5 drill holes at the Promontorio project in Sonora State, Mexico.  Three of the step out holes contained high grade mineralization 1600 meters from the main PIT discovery zone. 

Jim McDonald, Kootenay’s CEO is quoted as saying:

This structure can be traced for at least 2 kilometers northwest of Dorotea in airborne aeromagnetic and satellite photography. It appears to be open to the northwest and may project southeast into the northeast trending structural zone in the PIT area.
