SNC Silver’s announcement on non-brokered private placement
SNS Silver Corporation (TSX VENTURE:SNS) announced today the continuing with its non-brokered private placement previously announced on August 7, 2009. SNS Silver closed a section of their private placement on August 27th for gross proceeds of $404,000.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The proceeds from the private placement will be used for completion of the scoping study on the Crescent Mine and for general working capital purposes. Funds raised may include up to a 10% finder’s fees in cash or shares.
