Canplats Resources update on Camino Rojo Gold project

Canplats Resources Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CPQ) today announced the successful completion of a positive Preliminary Assessment on Camino Rojo gold project(100%-owned) located in Zacatecas state, Mexico. The Preliminary Assessment bolsters open-pit, heap-leach mining of oxide as well as the transitional mineralization at the Represa deposit.
The press release is quoted saying:
The Preliminary Assessment was prepared by Mine and Quarry Engineering Services Inc. (“MQes”) of San Mateo, California, under the direction of Mr. Christopher Kaye, an independent qualified person under Canadian National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101″). MQes has been engaged to complete a Prefeasibility Study for the project.
