Endeavour Silver Corp. (TSX:EDR)(TSX:EDR.WT)(NYSE Amex:EXK)(DBFrankfurt:EJD) today announced that the company has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement by issuing a total of 1,299,843 units of the Company for gross proceeds of $3,899,529.
