Silvermex Resources Ltd.(TSX VENTURE:SMR) announced the company held its Annual and Special Meeting (November 4, 2009) wherein the following directors were elected to the board: Arturo Bonillas, Bruce Bragagnolo, Duane Nelson, Joseph J. Ovsenek, Kenneth C. McNaughton and Michael H. Callahan.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Bruce Bragagnolo, LLB. Mr. Bragagnolo is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company…Arturo Bonillas, B. Sc., (Eng). Arturo Bonillas is the President and a Director of the Company and has been employed by the Company since April, 2005…Duane A. Nelson, Director. Mr. Nelson is the Vice President and Director of the Company. He has been employed by the Company since 2006…Joe Ovsenek, P.Eng., LLB. Mr. Ovsenek is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of Silver Standard Resources Inc.
