SNS Silver enters into non-brokered private placement

SNS Silver Corporation (TSX VENTURE:SNS) reported that the company has agreed to enter into a non-brokered private placement of $1,000,000 through the sale of 4,347,826 flow-through units at a price of $0.23 per unit to subscribers associated with MineralFields Group.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Each flow-through unit will consist of one common share of the capital stock of the Company, and one-half of one transferable non-flow-through share purchase warrant which will allow the holder to purchase one common share of the capital stock of the company at an exercise price of $0.40 per common share in year 1 and $0.45 per common share in year 2, subject to early acceleration provisions.
