Abcourt Mines Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ABI) (BERLIN:ABI) (FRANKFURT:ABI)reported that on February 3, 2010, the Board of directors of Abcourt Mines Inc.has approved an amendment to the Company's stock option plan in order to increase the maximum number of shares that may be issued under the plan from 4,319,000 to 7,400,000.
