Endeavour Silver Corp. is a Canadian based silver mining company focused on the growth of its silver production, reserves and resources in Mexico. Expansion programs are now underway at the high grade Guanacevi Mines Project in the state of Durango and the Bolanitos Mines Project in the state of Guanajuato. In addition, Endeavour is actively exploring projects in Chihuahua and Michoacan states. The Company’s acquisition and expansion programs now underway should enable Endeavour Silver to join the ranks of the top primary silver producers worldwide.

- Production Costs – Cash costs were US$ 8.16 per ounce (net of gold credits) in 2007 as opposed to $6.55 per ounce in 2006. The target is to reduce cash costs to the US$6.00 range per ounce upon completion of the plant expansion project and other capital programs.

Guanajuato Mines Project

Parral
The Parral Silver District is located some 210 km. (135 mi.) south of Chihuahua City, the capital of the State of Chihuahua, Mexico, and approximately 110 km. (70 mi.) north of Guanacevi, Durango, where Endeavour operates the Guanacevi Mines Project. Silver was first discovered in the Parral Silver District in 1631 and by 1655 more than 60 small mines were operating, principally along the Veta Colorado vein.
