U.S. Silver Corporation informed about the appointment of Thomas Parker will become taking over as the  Company's interim Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Mr. Bruce Reid, the former CEO, will remain as a consultant to the Company.

Bruce Reid, former CEO of U.S. Silver Corporation,  said:
